Engineered a custom WooCommerce-compatible gateway plugin to streamline payment verification, automate order status changes, and consolidate sales reporting for multisite environments.
🔧 Work Done:
✅ Developed a custom gateway plugin to handle email money transfer payments.
✅ Designed functionality to automatically set new orders to “On-Hold” by default.
✅ Built an admin-side interface to manually approve multiple orders at once by entering order IDs — bypassing the need to change statuses one-by-one.
✅ Integrated automated email notifications upon status updates (to both admin and customers).
✅ Implemented multi-site reporting support, consolidating sales data across sites into a single dashboard for easy access and tracking.
